My online classes are a wonderful way to experience Intentional Creativity® from the comfort of your home and when the time is right for you. Here you will find classes that invite you to connect to your heart and inner wisdom and guide you on your journey of healing, growth, and transformation.
This downloadable video class invites you to creatively cultivate your daily gratitude practice. This class offers more than only listing what you are grateful for (which is already awesome), as it is about practicing gratitude as a way to cultivate and embody a grateful way of being.
During this class I will guide you through an Intentional Creativity® process, showing you how to make your very own set of hand-painted cards with written journal prompts, and a matching journal cover. Each journal prompt provides deep inquiry for exploring gratitude in your daily life. You will create 10 cards, which I’ve suggested using in 3 cycles to create a 30-day journaling practice.
After 30 days, you will likely feel a deeper sense of connection to yourself, others, and the planet. You will gain more awareness and understanding of who you are and what is truly meaningful to you.
No previous art experience needed!
Upon purchase you’ll receive your Growing Gratitude Welcome Booklet as a digital download.
The booklet will include: your supply list, a link to the video teaching for making the cards and journal cover, journal prompts, and recommendations for how to use the cards.
Please note: the digital download will be available for 24 hours after purchase.
Beginning June 8th, I will be hosting a 30-day gratitude journal practice challenge!
Here’s how it works: Purchase and download the class and complete it by June 14th in order to be ready to begin the 30 day practice challenge on June 15, 2019. The challenge is FREE!
After purchase, you will be added to the 30 day practice challenge group I’ve created on Facebook. This is a private group and is intended to be a community where we work through the journal prompts and share on the learning an insights that come as we cultivate our individual practices. This group will also be a container for creativity, so sharing on the creation of your cards and journal cover is encouraged!
